Order Processing and Transit Times
You can estimate your order's arrival by combining the processing time and the transit time:
Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival
Processing Time: All orders require 9-11 business days for processing before they are shipped.
Transit Time: This is the time it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to your address.
For China: 14-16 business days.
For International Destinations (e.g., North America, Europe, Australia): Estimated 15-25 business days.
Please note: The transit times above are estimates. While we strive to deliver your order within this timeframe, occasional delays due to customs clearance or carrier issues may occur. For some remote locations, transit may take an additional 1-2 weeks.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package's journey. Orders may sometimes ship in multiple packages.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address.
We currently cannot ship to the following US territories and military addresses: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
Shipment to Multiple Addresses
We do not support shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each address.
