30-Day Return Policy for Standard Artwork
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard, non-customized artwork. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Policy for Customized Artwork
We understand that you may wish to return a customized piece. Our policy for these unique items is as follows:
Customized items (e.g., altered in color or size) can be returned within 30 days of receipt. However, these returns will be subject to a $100 restocking/material fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. The customer is also responsible for all return shipping costs.
Artwork Damaged in Transit
In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will offer you the choice of a free replacement or a full refund.
To process a claim for a damaged item, you must provide clear photographs of both the damaged artwork and the packaging it arrived in. This helps us understand the issue and improve our shipping process.
Conditions for a Valid Return

Ship the Artwork: Securely package the artwork and ship it back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember that for customized artwork, the $100 fee will be deducted from the refund total. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
